Kilmartin Property Group, advised by Strutt & Parker and Dutch & Dutch, has let the first industrial warehouse unit at 400 NCR, Great Central Way, Neasden, Brent, to Flexistore. The self storage company has taken Unit 1, comprising, 4,952 sq ft, on a ten year lease.

The new industrial scheme, which fronts the North Circular Road, comprises two terraces of buildings, with six industrial warehouse units fronting the scheme and 13 two storey office units to the rear of the property.

There are currently five units still available at the scheme, at a quoting rent of £17 per sq ft.
