Legal & General, advised by Strutt & Parker, has completed the lettings at 22 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1, with the appointment of two new tenants.

Details of the lettings are as follows:

• Tru-Est Ltd has taken the lower ground and third floors at the office building, on two separate leases. The publishing group has taken the lower ground floor, totalling 1,459 sq ft, on a five year lease, at a rent of £27.42 per sq ft, and the third floor, totalling 1,033 sq ft on a five year lease, at a rent of £40 per sq ft. Tru-Est were unrepresented.

• The oil and gas recruitment company, Brunel International (UK) Ltd, has taken 1,141 of office space on the lower ground floor, on a five year lease, at a rent of £39.44 per sq ft. Tuckermans advised Brunel International (UK) Ltd.
