We have been advising Computacenter for 7 years on their 50 occupational properties throughout the UK. We created and maintain their UK property database. We act on their behalf in relation to landlord and tenant negotiations and work closely with Computacenter's finance department to achieve savings, wherever possible, on occupational properties and the maximisation of recovery of rent and other charges from sub-tenants.
