Notable marina instructions in 2007 included our landmark sale of Deganwy Marina (170 berths) to The Crown Estate. The guide price was £7million. We also acted in the purchase of Kings Bromley Marina (275 berths) on the Trent & Mersey Canal.

In 2006 we have sold 3 marinas, namely Ely (235 berths), Glasson (200 berths) and Buckden (150 berths), and acquired the Racecourse Yacht Basin, Windsor (200 berths). The sale price achieved for Ely Marina set a record high multiple of earnings for an inland marina, well in excess of the £2.5m guide price.

We have extensive experience on the inland waterways acting for British Waterways and other marina operators.
